White Sage (salvia apiana).
Ethically harvested from small + local farms of California.

• Burn sage in a well-ventilated area. Open your windows and doors to allow for ventilation.

• Hold stick at 45-degree angle, light with intention, and let it burn for ~20 seconds.

• Gently blow out the flame to let it smoke.

• Hold the smoking sage near areas and objects that need cleansing in your space.

• Hold non-flammable burn bowl under sage to catch ash and embers.

• To prevent embers from dying out, fan them.

• Do NOT leave burning sage unattended.

• Keep away from animals, children and flammable material.

• When finished using the stick, snuff out embers in your burn bowl.
