Shipping + Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all packages through USPS, priority mail. All orders will receive tracking information upon shipping.

We ship packages Monday - Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out on Monday.  Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 5 business days in the US. 

For International orders, please reach out for a shipping estimate prior to checkout.

 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

We trust you'll love your Rabbit Rabbit goods, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out—we will gladly accept a return of unworn, unused merchandise for a full refund to the original form of payment. 

To initiate your return:

1.  Email us at returns@shoprabbitrabbit.com with your Order Number within 30 days of product delivery (confirmed delivery date via Tracking Number) or within 30 days of in-person purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

2.  Pack and ship the merchandise back to the address provided in our correspondence. Rabbit Rabbit is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured.
